Acclaimed Bitcoin Founder Admits Of Stealing 80,000 Bitcoin As Court Case Rages on

Craig Wright Owns No Bitcoin — Says Defense Attorney 

• Timothy Ellis, an attorney with Enyo Law LLP, said in the filing that the case from Wright is an abuse of the law. Apparently, the major argument of the defendants, in this case, is that Wright has no evidence or documentation of owning such Bitcoin. 
• Furthermore, the defendants are saying the few documents Wright presented to the court to prove this case is abuse. There are calls of fabrication from the defendants. Therefore, they call on the judge to strike out the lawsuit from the acclaimed Bitcoin founder. 
• Note that the turning point of this case could be the preliminary issue application. A preliminary issue application is a legal strategy to resolve specific issues before a trial by addressing key points. In this case, the defendants want to resolve Wright’s claims of owning Bitcoin. 

Bitcoin Founder Admits To Stealing 80,000 Bitcoin
