Bitboy Crypto is Back After Filing a Lawsuit Against Hit Network

Famous YouTuber Ben Armstrong, formerly called Bitboy, is making the news again after his removal from the Bitboy Crypto Company. So, he is making a lawsuit against Hit Network and the current leaders. 

Bitboy Files Lawsuit Against Hit Network 

• The story of famous YouTuber Ben Armstrong, formerly known as Bitboy, leaving the media group was quite shocking for the crypto community. So, this individual is known as the face behind the Bitboy Crypto Company. Leaving the social media group came quite as surprising and, at the same time, controversial. However, it looks like Bitboy is back after filing a lawsuit against those who sent him out of the company. 
• Bitboy filed a lawsuit against Hit Network CEO Timothy “TJ” Shedd Jr. and his father Timothy Shedd Sr.—two Hit employees for falsely conspiring to send him out of the company. So, Ben Armstrong was the brain behind establishing the Bitboy Crypto Company before leaving. Now, he wants to get back in. 
• The content of this lawsuit from Ben Armstrong names corporate entities BJ Investment Holdings (BJIH) as a plaintiff alongside Armstrong and TJSJ Holdings as a defendant with the Shedds. Furthermore, data shows Ben Armstrong filed the lawsuit on the 30th of August. In the case, Armstrong alleges that he is still the majority shareholder of the media company BJIH, the parent company of Hit Network and the YouTube channel formerly known as Bitboy Crypto.

• According to reports from a trusted source, Bitboy took back the lawsuit he made on the 30th of August. Moreover, he made the confirmation himself of retracting the lawsuit on August 30th. An employee from HIT Network also confirmed the story of Bitboy taking back the lawsuit. Nevertheless, Ben Armstrong is back again with another lawsuit on the 12th of September. 
• In this latest filing, Armstrong says that Shedd was planning to take over the company from him many months ago. So, Hit Network and the current leaders found a loophole in his personal life and used it against him. Ben Armstrong says that the allegations of steroid and cocaine abuse were part of the plans from Shedd to throw him out of the company. Furthermore, Armstrong says the current executives of the former Bitboy Crypto Company are “misappropriating, diverting, converting, and wasting” Armstrong’s company’s funds and assets for personal gain.  Other allegations and charges in this lawsuit are fraud.
