There have been quite a number of Blockchain related job openings in Singapore lately, with positions like Chief technology officer (CTO) with Blockchain role; being advertised. Other than Blockchain, the top ten rising skills in the country are artificial intelligence (A.I), Workflow automation, social media marketing, continuous integration, gesture recognition technology, robotic process automation (RPA), Human focused design, and frontend web improvement.
The discoveries revealed by the LinkedIn report don’t come as much of a surprise since Blockchain development has seen a lot of enthusiasm from Asia since its early days. A study by LinkedIn found that Singaporean experts knew that they need to up skill, with the report stating that a year from now; almost half of the core aptitudes to qualify for a job will have changed. Governments are also recognizing the changing market landscapes thanks to Blockchain innovation.
