Cardano Founder Enters Into a New Fight With Ethereum Community, Calls Them “Delusional”

• An Ethereum enthusiast trolled Cardano and the founder on Twitter (now X). He said Cardano follows the Ethereum roadmap. 
• Charles Hoskinson engaged the Twitter troll. He told them they live in “delusion.”

The clashes between the Ethereum and Cardano communities are always epic. But most of the time, it is mainly between the Cardano founder Charles Hoskinson and other Ethereum enthusiasts. This time around, the fight happened on Twitter, and the details are unraveling. 

Cardano Founder Locks Horns with The Ethereum Community 

• Cardano founder Charles Hoskinson entered into another round of online beef with the Ethereum community over the capabilities of the ADA ecosystem. Apparently, Ethereum enthusiasts had called out some of the inconsistencies associated with the Cardano ecosystem. 
• But Hoskinson picked an offense for this and said the Ethereum enthusiast lived in “delusion.” What exactly was the problem? 
• Apparently, a popular crypto Twitter account called Whale Chart made a tweet asking if the Cardano blockchain will ever be a larger competition to the Ethereum network. This sparked the issue between the Cardano founder and the other Twitter user. But before then, a Twitter user said Ethereum had to undergo a 2.0 upgrade to appear superior to the ADA ecosystem. However, another Twitter user disagreed with this narrative. In fact, he listed what will happen to the Cardano ecosystem within a time frame. 
• This Twitter user believes that in 6 months, Charles Hoskinson will stop supporting Hydra. Hydra is another popular side chain launched by the Cardano ecosystem. Furthermore, Twitter users claimed the Cardano founder will implement many features similar to the Ethereum network. Features such as Account abstraction and Babel fees, fixed finality gadgets, data availability, and fee market are some of the predictions. But it looks like this caught the attention of the ADA founder. Promoting him to reply to the allegations immediately.

Cardano Founder Calls Ethereum Enthusiast “Delusional” 

• Charles Hoskinson caught up with the tweet, and he shared his thoughts about it. First, the founder said none of the things in the tweet is bound to happen. 
• Furthermore, Hoskinson said some of their products and services are already doing very well without needing the association of Ethereum. Hydra is already live, and their crypto project recently launched their Mithril Mainnet. All these innovations by the Cardano ecosystem will help solve many blockchain issues. Moreover, the ADA ecosystem already has a better way of handling transactions via tiered pricing and Babel fees.  
• At this point, this is where the Cardano founder took a dig at Ethereum. He called the Ethereum blockchain a “dumpster fire of a consensus layer.” Hoskinson pointed out the terrible programming of the Ethereum network. Furthermore, he said layer 2 of the ETH ecosystem had better innovations than the ETH blockchain. He said, “We are living rent free in the maxi minds. I pity them.”

Conclusion 

This is just one of the many fights between the Cardano founder and the Ethereum community. Previously fights were always about which blockchain was better between the two. On one hand, Charles Hoskinson has many criticisms of the Ethereum blockchain. He says the network has terrible programming, and many of its layer 2 are better than it.
