For many years, one of the bad sides of the crypto industry is about work ethics. Many employees working for crypto firms are under the classification of least happy. Nevertheless, that is turning around after Ripple reached a new milestone for the crypto industry. 

Ripple Enters Top 100 Companies List 

• Despite their debacle with the SEC, Ripple still commits itself to building and taking the crypto industry to another level. So, they are making several partnerships, seeking to adopt their payment technologies in many countries. Now, they are the only crypto company featuring in a prestigious magazine. 
• The People Magazine specifically recognized Ripple for its positive impact in the crypto space. Most importantly, how they are ensuring they leave a positive impact on those working for them. Apparently, the Ripple Impact Program, dedicated to enhancing financial inclusion, sustainability, and advancing research, helped the crypto company enter this list. 
• Going through the list, one can see a lot of prominent companies. Furthermore, companies like American Express, PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP, Target Corporation, and NVIDIA make the list. All these companies not only improve their employees’ lives, there’s a commitment to improve society, too. 
• Ripple made the list and was in the 82nd position. The company already posted on Twitter that they are grateful for making such a prestigious list. Nevertheless, what does it look like to work for a crypto company?

Worth Ethics of Crypto Companies, Including Ripple

• Ripple entering the list of People’s 100 Companies That Care in 2023 came after a harsh review of the industry. Previously, employees working for crypto firms were in the classification as unhappy people. The graph visualizing the comparison between employee satisfaction and growth across crypto companies showed negative results. 
• Some of the crypto companies that made this list were the now-bankrupt crypto lender Celsius, Binance, and even Coinbase. Furthermore, Winklevoss-led crypto exchange Gemini, as well as crypto trading firm Amber Group, didn’t have happy employees. 
• But it seems this is turning around after the news of Ripple featuring in the list of companies that care for their employees. 

Ripple’s Court Case Update 

• While the crypto project celebrates its new win in People’s Magazine, it still has a court case. Moreover, Judge Torres already gave permission to the SEC to carry on with their appeal. The SEC, on their own part, has made the appeal.
• On the other hand, many Pro-crypto attorneys believe the SEC won’t have a successful appeal. Their reason? Apparently, a case that’s as deep as Ripple’s is quite complex to make a successful appeal. 

Conclusion 

Ripple entered the People’s 100 Companies That Care in 2023. So, this is quite huge news for the crypto industry. The reason behind this is simple. For the longest time, crypto companies appeared among companies with the least happy employees. So, Ripple featuring in this list represents progress.
