So, this was according to data from CoinGecko regarding the biggest crypto funding rounds in the industry. Below is an analysis of 10 of them and their current situation. 

FTX Trading Had the Highest Crypto Funding Rounds

• According to data from CoinGecko, FTX Trading has the biggest amount of crypto funding in the industry. So, there was about $900 million worth of funding for this crypto establishment. 
• The current situation of FTX is a common knowledge within the crypto industry. So, after the massive funding for this crypto firm, it ended up a failure due to bankruptcy. 

Forte Crypto Funding Rounds 

• The funding round for Forte will go down as the second biggest in the crypto industry. So, the team members of this crypto firm raised about $750 million from the funding round. 
• The current situation of this company is silent, but they are still in existence. So, they recently partnered with Zynga to create Sugartown. 

Sorare Funding Round

• Sorare is the third largest funding round in the crypto industry, as the team behind this project managed to secure $680 million in funding. So, the project is a football-themed NFT platform. The current situation of this project looks very good. It has a valuation of around $4.3 billion, with more than 5 million site cysts every month. So, there are about 3 million registered users of the platform. 

MoonPay Crypto Funding Round 

• MoonPay crypto funding rounds were one of the biggest and most successful funding rounds in the crypto industry. So, this project managed to raise as much as $555 million during the funding round. 
• The current situation of this project is looking very good. Apparently, MoonPay is one of the most prominent and used crypto payment infrastructures. 

Ledger Crypto Funding Rounds

• Ledger is one of those crypto firms that does not need any introduction in the industry. So, it is one of the biggest cold wallet makers in the crypto industry. 
• During the launch of this project, there was a massive funding of about $493 million. So, one can say this massive funding paid off as this crypto project has long-term potential and a large pool of users. 

Yuga Labs Funding Rounds 

• Yuga Labs raised as much as $450 million during their funding, which made many have enormous expectations of their results. So, this crypto project delivered looking at their achievements. It is the owner of arguably the biggest NFT collection in the world, the Bored Ape Yacht Club (BAYC). 

ConsenSys Crypto Funding Round

• ConsenSys raised the same amount of money as Yuga Labs ($450 million) during their crypto funding rounds. So, there were also big expectations from them.

Circle Funding Round 

• Circle took the 8th position in terms of the amount of money raised during their funding round. So, they raised around $440 million from this process. They are currently the issuer of one of the biggest stablecoins in the crypto industry, USDC. 

Bitmain Funding Round 

• Bitmain is a top-rated Bitcoin mining company and they are one of the leading global manufacturers of mining equipment. So, they raised a total of $422 million during their crypto funding rounds. This massive funding, as one of their mining products, Ant Miner, is one of the biggest mining servers in crypto. 

Gemini Crypto Funding Rounds 

• Gemini takes the position as the 10th largest crypto funding round, with as much as $400 million secured in the funding. So, this massive investment wasn’t a waste as it is out of the top centralized crypto exchanges. Furthermore, it has more than $20 million in trading volume each day. 

Conclusion 

A crypto funding round is when private and institutional investors get the opportunity to invest in an upcoming crypto project. So, there are some crypto funding rounds taking the top 10 positions in funding rounds. However, not all of them came out successful in the end. On the other hand, some of them were a massive success.
