The company behind the Cardano network, IOHK, has announced a partnership with Wolfram Blockchain Labs. The agreement will see the Cardano Blockchain integrated into Wolfram Alpha.
Wolfram Alpha partners with IOHK
According to the announcement, users will now be able to interact with the Cardano Blockchain and will include work on “avante-garde” oracles. The new development represents a major use case that will advance IOHK’s plans of making Cardano the go-to choice for enterprises.
Data from the Cardano Blockchain will now be integrated into the major computational engine, Wolfram Alpha through Wolfram Blockchain labs.
The functionality made possible by the agreement will be rolled out next year according to IOHK. The integration will also start in 2021, but later in the year with no concrete dates given yet. While Cardano isn’t the first Blockchain that integrated with Wolfram’s computational technology and knowledge base, the partnership still represents a major step for the enterprise-focused Blockchain. Wolfram Alpha has previously integrated both Bitcoin and Ethereum into its network as well as the ARK Blockchain framework as well as Bloxberg.
Aside from developing smart contract-based applications for Blockchain commerce, the partnership will also have Wolfram Blockchain labs integrate Cardano-specific content into its course material. That new inclusion will see developers from all kinds of backgrounds able to innovate and learn the most they can from the various tools on offer thanks to Wolfram and the Oracles for Cardano.
